Don't appreciate be charged for using a credit card. It's part of doing business. If you don't want to pay the then do cash only. I understand fees are high but again it's part of owning a business. Also, review your contract with the credit cart vendor. Fees for using ccd are against policy.

Went there 2 days in a row because their bacon egg and cheese on the everything bagel tastes like it was made in NY. My third visit I wanted to try out their deli and I wouldn't recommend it. They didn't have simple ingredients to make a turkey sandwich the way I wanted it and I was getting an impression that this is just a breakfast place. I would come back for breakfast sandwiches and go to another sub spot for lunch sandwiches, unless they add an expert to run the deli area with the ability to customize my sandwich.

I absolutely love your bagels. We found you in 2020 when we moved the Roseville. We moved to Rocky Mount last year. Every time we come in Wake Forest we stopped to get your bagels. We intentionally make my husband’s doctor appointments in the morning so we can stop by and grab bagels from you as well as sandwiches for lunch. Your chicken salad bagel is one of the best I’ve ever had, but for the love of God, please make more chicken salad. It sells out so quickly.

We walked in and it smelled like cleaner, not bagels or bacon or coffee...it was kinda gross. The seating area was blocked off so we couldn't eat there anyways. No menu anywhere so we have no idea how much each item we purchased cost. The food was SO good, we loved the sandwiches and cream cheese—just the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.

The bagels were meh. Service was not great. One girl behind the counter was walking around dragging her feet and sighing loudly like she hated being there. Overall disappointing experience. Make the extra drive to NY Bagel & Deli on Falls of Neuse. They are worth it.

I've purchased a bagel here before. It was alright. I thought I might give it another try. However this review thread is so inappropriate - I just can't. How can a business be so disrespectful to patrons when they're addressing cleanliness? The response from the owner only displays immaturity and a clear lack of care for customers. It truly looks like a high schooler typed out such a rude response to CLEANLINESS. It makes me cringe. I'm sorry but this is so unprofessional. For clarification I do not know the original poster. This was just disappointing to see.

For the first time ever I was told by owner, Courtney, that I couldn't buy my choice of bagels. What happened to first come, first serve? Huh, maybe it's because I'm Asian?? Otherwise, don't tell me what kind of bagels I should buy EVER!!

Great place for authentic NY Bagels. You can see them being made in the back. Great breakfast bagel combos.

A great small town real NY bagel shop in-spite being asked if I want my bagels toasted. A fresh bagel doesn’t need to be toasted, even if made into a breakfast sandwich. Cream cheeses are wonderful. Love ❤️ Courtney’s.

Tables were dirty, coffee tanks not refilled, employees fighting between front and kitchen staff. Too many out front while not enough making the food. Never again

Wow. Go in for a bagel and I'm asked if I'm paying by cash or credit. I say credit and I'm charged $3.59 for one bagel with butter. I asked if it would be cheaper if I paid by cash and I was told it would be $.75 cheaper. (And then they proceed to ask if I want to leave a tip). I also asked for a poppy bagel with butter not toasted, but got a toasted sesame with butter. Yes, it's delicious but won't be going back there for that price!

Well let me just say this place sucks! They cut the grill off 25 minutes before they closed, then looked at me like I was in the wrong for asking for hot food. While they were making the cold bagels they were sweeping the floor in the same direction of the food being made! I used to spend a lot of money here almost everyday, not anymore! I would definitely recommend a different place to get food.

As close to a NY style bagel... eh, that is a stretch. But are their bagels soft and chewy, plump and delicious? Yes, that they are. The place is "old school" cafeteria meets coffee counter (they don't prep your coffee, it's self served, so I didn't). Nice people, clean. Better that Brugel? Yep. Or other bagel chain? Yep. Better than Panera? (who eats Panera bagels anyway? OK, I DO LOVE THEIR CINAMMON bagel... shame on me!). Loved my onion bagel! In a small strip mall, it just waits for you to come in. They have seating, sandwiches and the like, but it's more take out than a comfortable sit to eat thing. Not bad, not expensive, not great. Just good. EAT UP!
