Typical Panera. Visited in the day of the Eclipse so appeared to be more walking dead than usual. Friendly staff. The pastries appear to be getting smaller for the price, like everything. Quiet, hidden out of the way location

The service was great with a super happy girl running the cashier. The food was expensive, and the pastries were dry and old. There were also crumbs on some of the seats, but what do you expect.Parking: The parking is limited and is usually almost full, so if you are going for lunch or dinner, it will be crowded, but it is fine at breakfast.

I ordered the southwest caesar salad with chicken through the app to pickup at the drive thru. Although I got an email saying my order was ready I was still asked to sit in the drive thru for over 10 minutes without a single other car in line. When I got home, I realized my salad doesn’t have any chicken or chipotle aioli sauce! Over $13 for a salad missing key ingredients is outrageous. I contacted support through the app and was ignored. Stay away from this location
Updating this because the last two times I’ve been here, they’ve been super fast and actually got our order right.This is the worst Panera in the area. It’s SO slow and they mess your order up almost every time.

I came to this Panera bread, so hungry and so cranky. Hangry if you will. When I got to the counter, a young man by the name Duane was so extremely helpful. He dealt with my attitude and helped me pick out a delicious meal. He rocks!!

Someone else took my order from the rapid pick up station, so they remade my order very quickly. They also threw in an extra cookie and a half sandwich. That extra touch of service made everything better.
