long wait times for food override the good food and service which is really sad. we should not have to wait about an hour for more for food. unacceptable

I have visited this restaurant about 6 times now and I’m seeing things decline.I won’t go into too many details, but I will mention that we didn’t order the hair that was underneath the french fries.Staff can completely destroy a business.Edited: 3/6/24We went back one last time…. believe me, it’s the last time.The fish wasn’t edible, and I didn’t eat it because I was afraid of getting sick.The side order of soggy, limp vegetables was disgusting.I’m done.Connor is very nice and helpful.He’s the only good thing about this place.If I owned this restaurant I would be appalled that something that looked like this came from my establishment.BTW: the pic below is supposed to be their Southern Catfish.

We went for the 18.99 salad bar. Everything was very stocked clean and fresh. Just not that much to choose from considering it's $18.99. There were 2 of us we each had tea split the artichoke spin dip. Which was okay, not very creamy. Lots of bread and crackers to eat it with. We ate the bread but didn't finish the dip. There were 3 soups to choose from onion (not french onion with the bread and cheese) just onion, tomato and chicken vegetable with a tomato broth. The server was very nice just not around much, considering there was only 1 other party in the dining room.We probably should of ordered off the regular menu which had some great sounding sandwiches.I would recommend going but don't get excited about the salad bar.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there and the dining room is very closed off from the barWheelchair accessibility: Regular wheelchair accessible

So I wasn't sure about taking our kids (4 of them, 7 and under), but was pleasantly surprised at how much they enjoyed the food. They said they loved it and so did my husband and I! The service was amazing and there is a separate, quieter dining area that is away from the pub side of the restaurant, which was perfect for us and other families!

My family and I went Here last Sunday on the recommendation of Terri Weaver. We were thrilled! The menu variety had something for everyone. I had the salad /soup bar and it was fresh & delicious..and I'm picky about all-you-can-eat bars.We also had the tuna/avocado tower, the mountain burger, a Reuben, some really yummy wings, plus the spinach dip, and a shrimp appetizer. We r foodies! We always over order bcuz we want to try everything. I was so surprised that every single item was delicious! I was shocked that they could do so many types of food and do them well. The food arrived quickly. The service was super polite , attentive, and professional. Scarlet was so sweet and made us feel at home!The prices were fair and the portions were generous. I think everyone would enjoy eating here. Well done!! Great job to the owners, the chef & all the staff, as it takes alot of team players to make a restaurant such an enjoyable experience.We will be regulars!Many thanks,Teresa

I would like to give a 5 star rating to Jeanie at Pat Murnanes. She did an outstanding job with her Super Bowl promotion on Sunday. Great prices for the beer & wine. The Food specials were very good as well. The service was outstanding. Brian, Jeanie and staff gave great customer service. Very professional and positive towards all the customers. this is why we love to come and hang out at our favorite Pub...........
