Today was my First Time eating the delicious ?Empanadas ‼️?I tried the chicken and cheese and the Nutella and banana?.OMG?absolutely DELICIOUS‼️‼️‼️?The sauces were also delicious ‼️?There are a variety of ?to select and they also have vegetarian choices!!Hailey was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the process of making the Empanadas. She answered all of my questions and advised that I try the 2 ? I selected.Hailey provided service with a smile to every customer and made everyone feel welcomed.The restaurant was inviting and extremely clean!I shall definitely be a regular customer and tell my family and friends about the restaurant!I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ‼️ ??Compliments to the owners, chef and Hailey for phenomenal? empanadas, and service‼️

I was really looking forward to getting empanadas tonight. I had only eaten here once before since moving here but it was the best thing I’d had to date in Wake Forest as of December. Tonight, they were nearly half the size, as was the order of tostones, and everything was really salty. They didn’t give us the sauces that come with the empanadas, which was what I was looking forward to most. I wouldn’t have even thought to double check because the last experience was so awesome. I’m totally bummed ☹️

First time here. Young lady greeted me & went through the menu to fill me in on the eats. Gave a few recommendations. I got 4 empanadas. The order of 3 came with a free 4th. They were all pretty good, but The Godfather was hands down my favorite. Cilantro rice was very good. Very good service, good eats. I’ll return. ?

Generally, the food is delicious. Flavors are great, always fresh and hot. Lately though, when ordering dinner, the portions are definitely smaller. I'm paying for a large black bean and getting a half-full bowl that's mostly liquid. The first time I figured they were running low at the end of the day but after the third time it's a problem.

I had The Empanada Factory cater an event at the beginning of March ‘24 for 80 people and it was fantastic. We have white rice (was well seasoned and not boring), chicken (was boneless, well seasoned, and not dry and the onions with it were delicious), pinto beans, maduros/sweet plantains, and salad. People kept coming and asking where it was from because it was so good! The team was helpful with loading my car and I even rented sternos and heating trays.Price was great, food was amazing, and we got to support local and introduce people to a new place. I will be working with The Empanada Factory again!Dietary restrictions: Everything we had was gluten and nut free.
