“Clean and very professional in handling your order. They treat you like "family "! Love the Skinny biscuit because it's much easier to digest when you're getting older. Lines moves fast and their food is fresh & hot. The bathrooms clean and more. So the dining areas. Never need to feel unnoticed because they're constantly asking you if everything's okay. I recommend especially because of the location and staff.“
“I've eaten Cook Out all across local Virginia and NC and never ever had Cook Out that was as good as my visit today. I purchased a chicken strip tray, and the strips were so hot and delicious, the breading was falling off. The cheese bites and hush puppies were so good. Cheerwine was delicious as well.I highly recommend this new establishment.Note: They're working on a car wash next door to Cook Out, and some of the machinery will make it slightly awkward to get to the drive-thru“

“The store located in walkertown is outstanding ? during the superbowl I pre-order for 6:00 pm but they delivered at 4:00pm(early)so they apologized and told me to call them later if my rewarming doesn't work and reorder at no charge and I did just that.... and they did just want they said they would do....outstanding customer service..... ?“

“We’ve been eating the Taco Bell breakfast boxes for about 3-4 days while traveling because it’s the cheapest option that fills us up.The morning of February 8th I’m not sure who was working but they really surprised us! Service was fast and polite and then when we ate the food it was actually really good! The hash brown in the crunch wrap was actually crunchy instead of mush like we’ve had the last few places. The food was HOT. There was some kind of creamy salsa in the crunch wrap that we haven’t had in it before which was so good! And they gave us breakfast salsa without asking (we didn’t even know this was an option since we don’t eat out normally).I have zero expectations for fast food but this was so shockingly enjoyable!“
“Omg this place has the best chicken strips. And the onion rings are the best around. To be honest the chicken strips are better than restaurants who do nothing but chicken. They have nothing on The seafood shack. These chicken strips melt in your mouth so do the onion rings. My husband loves their popcorn shrimp. He said they were the best he had. I will always get my chicken strips from the shack from now on.“
