“I order ahead and the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly guy in the front while he put together someone else's sandwich - guessing the lost look on my face gave away I was the preorder and he immediately let me know it was almost out. I was offered a cup of water while I waited, which is a small gesture - but much appreciated. Once done with other customers - he made friendly conversation and my sandwich came out right after. I only took one star from the food because I ordered no tomatoes and it had some on there. Overall, will definitely still come back here for the friendly/welcoming energy.“
“The city of Jamestown was working on the water, so the restaurant was without water and unable to make orders. The manager called to let me know and told me that I would need to get a refund fromCorporate. I called him back and said, I really wish y’all could just hold my order until the water is fixed. He told me, yes of course they can hold my order without me having to get a refund. I called back today and he said my food will be ready in 15 mins. This is a great manager at this location!! “Not being negative, but it seemed the price here was a tad more than others ive gone to. I could be wrong. I also wish they would accept coupons here. For those 2 reasons, my budget didn't have much room to leave a tip because I'm already paying more than average. Just a suggestion . Everything else is fine“
“I stopped by came for lunch with my daughter. We were on a time crunch so we pulled up and ordered at the drive-through. There were a couple other cars in line but thankfully the food was out within five minutes. My daughter said everything tasted fresh but the fries could've used a little more salt. My daughter said the staff are really friendly there when ordering and receiving our food.“
“Sometimes this location can get busy. When it's not busy, it is pleasant to sit inside. When it warms up, I'll like to sit at one of the few tables they have outside. For now, I like to sit near the drinks and look out into the busy parking lot. Plus, I have to get my refills of their delicious lemonade. I usually get a bowl or a salad. I like that you can customize your toppings. I was greeted nicely when I walked in. The server was wiping things down when I walked up. I didn't mind if she finished because I needed time to think of what I wanted. After she finished, she greeted me warmly again. My salad looked amazing when she finished. I went with the veggie salad. So delicious. The bathrooms were clean and they are gender neutral. They have special parking for online app pickup.“

It was a school night and absolutely packed, but the line never stopped moving and our food was ready before we got our drinks ready. The drink area was clean and well stocked. “Visited Greensboro today and thought of trying something different before heading back to Charlotte. Our first time trying Senegalese food and MANNN!!! I can not find the right words! It hits all the right notes that screams DELICIOUSNESS!! The guy at the counter (and his daughter?) were very accommodating and super friendly, even patiently explaining and answering our questions. The food portion was generous, and the home made ginger juice (OMG!! We regret not bringing home more.)I'm from Malaysia (we use a lot of spices in our foods), and trust me when i say, i know d@#n well when the food has a great mix of spices in it. And this place sure do know d@#n well about their spices.South East Asian foodie verdict :GUILTY FOR SERVING DAMN GOOD FOOD!! ?? Thanks for sharing your awesome food for the people to try. “Best biscuitville I ever been too! Was on a trip and atopped at this location. The food was cooked with love and fresh. Thr pancakes were brown and fully. Not light and thin. The hasbrown was not greasy and the turkey sausage was not dry. A plus, other parts of NC biscuitvillea need to take note. Especially the Raleigh durham area. Great job you guys“
“Come here when I’m in school and always fast and correct. Always do mobile order first then hope in drive thru. That is usually why I order cause of this easy option. Love the parfait but only available during breakfast:/ and love the frosted coffee!!“
