As a person who currently works and has worked in the customer service field I believe that hygiene is important, now so more than ever due to covid-19. As I approached the 2nd window to get my food the was a pleasant tall kid who was wearing his mask and a redhead girl behind him packing food into the bags for the customers. She had a mask on however, her was pulled down not covering her mouth and nose. I'm not ok with this and the employer should be either.The name on my ticket was Tarah M. Somebody please address this! Also, I didn't receive my change due to there being two people trying to work the same window not knowing what the other has already done/not done.

This is zaxbys is horrible!! Tonight go through drive thru was informed two orders per car. Ok! I ordered a boneless wing meal then 20 pc traditional. I was then told if I order the 20 wings no other meal can be purchased. Ok, 15 minute wait. I told my son while we wait for the wings to go in and order his meal(boneless wing mea). He goes in and they tell him only drive thru orders are being done and if he had an online order to go through drive thru. They refused to let him place an order. We go to zaxbys very often. BUT we will NEVER go to this one again. And this is not the first time this has happened. It happens a lot or they are out of wings. Stay away from Walkertown NC zaxbys
