Boss lady is very respectful and kind. The food is made while waiting, and it's incredibly good. Inspection of her business is always rated at 100%. You should try the food at The Last Taino, I know you would Love it.
Who in the world would eat loaded sweet potato fries or better yet come up with that idea I thought? OMG!! It was so good!! Everything I've tried from this truck has been delicious.

I had the rice bowl, and chose shrimp as my meat option. The flavor as well as presentation throughout the entire dish was outstanding. It was a little bit more expensive than I expected, however it was well worth it. You can tell that they care about their food! I will absolutely be eating from there again.
