Do not use their mobile ordering. They don’t know how to properly provide the service. You will still wait at the Mobile ordering area when you get to the establishment as they never have your order in the pickup area, but will keep it buried away behind the straws. Then, you will have to wait until someone actually looks at you to get assistance for your order or need to yell to them for assistance. Today was the last straw for them with my business as my mobile order wasn’t even prepared. I gave them almost 20 minutes between ordering and pickup. Dunkin will keep my business as I will just take the extra time to go to the Indian Land store, but I’m done at the Waxhaw store.
