Today was my 2nd time in a week, and both times were horrible. Both times were mobile orders. First time, I was second in line for my mobile order and the lady looked around me to ask the guy behind me for his mobile order. I stuck my face eye to eye with hers to let her know I needed my order first. Second time was this morning. Same thing, mobile order. Walked in, gave my name but this time I was the only one in there. The girl looked at my drink, walked away to do something else, then came back to give it to me. The drink was oozing out of the spout cup (Frappuccino with no whip) and she hadn't put drizzle on it. I asked for some, and of course drink got everywhere. She didn't even try to clean it up. I had to ASK for a new, clean cup. I only visited this store because the Blakeney store is closed. Will not be back. Do not recommend. This is the only location I've been to that has issues.
