Didn't have curly fries, no apple turnovers, no chocolate chips for my mint chocolate chip shake.Roast beef is supposed to be sliced thin. It wasn't and wasn't fresher sliced on order - or it was the end of the roast because it was very dry. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.

Sandwiches poorly made!!!! Total order was wrong! I paid over $50 and am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the food and the service. The guy that was on the window acted like he was on something, and really didn't want to be there! They need to learn to LISTEN when someone places an order and get it right!!!

Usually have no problem with this Arby's on 17th, but Friday February 2, 2024 I placed an order online. Went in to pick up they were out of Fish and Roast beef so basically they should have closed for the evening. She said I would receive my money back on my card within 24 hours unless I wanted to do it on my end and I said no you can. Of course it's now Feb 5, 2024 and no credit back yet. Guess I have to call from now on to make sure they have food and to get my money back

I asked for a dropped fresh fish sandwich for $5, they put it in the microwave heated it up and gave it to me like I would know the difference. Save yourself the time and just drive to the Monkey Junction. At least that one listen to you. About four times straight this happened. They need to clean house before they end up losing this location.

Ordered two Reuben sandwiches. Service at drive through was good. Price has increased to $8 each. Barely enough sauce to taste and small glob of beef balled up tightly in the middle. Poor craftsmanship and extremely expensive for the amount of product. My Reuben days at Arby’s are over. Maybe back to roast beef but will definitely check the price first.

All I wanted was a beef and cheddar from the drive-thru and apparently Arby's can't get their business together enough to provide a beef and cheddar at 1:00 in the afternoon. I would consider that very poor management and I hope that someday they'll have someone there that can lead the restaurant and give the customers what they are looking to pay for. Update: they said that they were going to give me a link to report the issue so that they could review it further. But the link they gave was a dead link and didn't even work so it was all for show.

I'm not sure what kind of meat this is. I was expecting roast beef. I have had this gyro atleast 5 times. This is the second time it came with the mystery meat. It didn't have the sauce on it. The sauce didn't matter because it was not edible. My outside cat won't eat that meat, either. I will never order it, again, at this point.

It gets so frustrating going into these fast food establishments anymore and seeing how nasty dirty they are. Well, this particular Arby’s was no different. Just walking in the floor was so sticky I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. The dining area as a whole was very dirty and the bad thing about it was, there was absolutely not one customer in the store to include nobody at the drive through the whole time we were there. The food was second rate on top of everything.Parking: The parking lot was empty.
