Ordered two Reuben sandwiches. Service at drive through was good. Price has increased to $8 each. Barely enough sauce to taste and small glob of beef balled up tightly in the middle. Poor craftsmanship and extremely expensive for the amount of product. My Reuben days at Arby’s are over. Maybe back to roast beef but will definitely check the price first.
It gets so frustrating going into these fast food establishments anymore and seeing how nasty dirty they are. Well, this particular Arby’s was no different. Just walking in the floor was so sticky I could feel my shoes sticking to the floor. The dining area as a whole was very dirty and the bad thing about it was, there was absolutely not one customer in the store to include nobody at the drive through the whole time we were there. Sandwiches poorly made!!!! Total order was wrong! I paid over $50 and am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the food and the service. The guy that was on the window acted like he was on something, and really didn't want to be there! They need to learn to LISTEN when someone places an order and get it right!!!
