When I drove up to the drive through she greeted me with “I’m sorry, we are really short staffed right now. Hang on.” Came back and said “I’m sorry, no hang on.” Then allowed me to sit in drive through for another 15 mins without giving me the respect of letting me know. 20 mins total wait time. Wasn’t even busy and it took very long in the drive thru. The workers have no personality. When you are being nice and saying thank you, they don’t even speak to you. When I got my food, the fried chicken looked dark like over cooked but I didn’t think it would bother me so I took a bite and it tasted awful. Not like it is supposed to to. The place smells like the dump and it was like I was tasting that smell on the chicken.
