“I've came here about a dozen times in the past year. More often than not, im greeted when I come in. They have newkiosks that have been put in. I havent used them but its nice to have the option. I came in an ordered, and they hooked me up with a deal that was soon to come off the p.o.s. but wasnt on the menu so its saved me some money.I've always enjoy the chicken pot pie, it comes out crispy on top and piping hot in the middle. Using to top to scoop out the insides is the best way to have it. They are always very fast with the orders and they've never had an attitude with me. Would recommend coming here.“
“Paid 32 dollars for the worst KFC I've ever had at the market street location. Will never go there again. In the future when my family wants fried chicken ill go to Public or Popeyes . Employees to busy on their phones and not caring about the quality of the product they are serving.“
“This Zaxby's is clean, service was great and food was good. I noticed a lot of the older reviews were bad, but I saw the GM commented a few months ago so I decided to give a try. I'm glad we did. It reminds me of Foosackly's we enjoyed when we lived in southern Alabama.“

“I moved to Leland 3 years ago, supervised restaurants for over 30 years and I have to commend this management on having well trained, polite, courteous staff. The chicken is usually very fresh and hot but there were times it could’ve been better. For me it the service and hospitality. My visit today Wednesday 01/3/24 17:16 and the drive thru cashier, Order taker and young lady getting the food were courteous fast and friendly!!!! I wish I had their names but if you run the kind of operation that values their people I’m sure you can look at the schedule and figure out who I am referring to. If you don’t, then shame on you because if I had a business I would try to steal them“
“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“
