I already love Chipotle, but of course sometimes the service/quality can be hit or miss at some locations and different shifts. Today, however, I just wanted to highlight the exceptional experience I had at the Mayfaire location. This chipotle is horrible. They made the burritos half the size of burritos from other chipotles. Rice was hard and tortilla was stale. Food did not taste fresh at all. We go to other chipotles all the time and we love them. Have never had chipotle food be this bad. Very disappointed.
