I ordered a cookie cake in advance online from the same company in Fayetteville, NC where I live. We have learned to follow up with online orders there and they told us the day before that our cookie cake wouldn’t be ready until hours after the party the next day. This Great American Cookies location is so much better than the one I live by down in Tampa. Both times I’ve been here, the employees have been friendly offering good service. Cookies have been really fresh. The location offers a LOT of variety, with plenty of cute decorated cookies to choose from. I think this is the best location I’ve visited and I lived all over the U.S.
