Dude with all the hair with the Afro definitely needs a hairnet or to put it up, all the girls in there had there long hair up so it should be the same for everyone with a lot of hair working with food

I ordered soup with bread through the drive up window. They didn't have crackers. My bread was placed unwrapped in the bag on top of the soup. So unsanitary!

Ordered on the app. Food said delivered. Have no idea where, app Said wait 30 minutes. It's been an hour and half and we have been calling for 40 minutes and no one answers. It rings until it hangs up. Almost $50 in food for the office gone missing.

I love Panera foods always good but for some reason this location has had multiple problems with telling the difference between a deli Turkey sandwich and a deli ham sandwich. I should not drive all the way home and find out they’ve given me a ham sandwich. I do not eat pork. Not everyone eat pork for multiple reasons. Especially at the price point I don’t mind the price if the food will be correct. Mixing up meet can cause someone to get sick.Please fix this.

If I could only pick one food chain to patronize the rest of my life, it would be Panera. Love their seasonal soup choices and salads. It is always cozy and the staff is great.Parking: This is a small, tight parking lot so I usually just park over in the rows near the Belks.

Placed a pick up order.. received a email that the order was ready.. arrived at location 20 minutes after receiving the email and the order was not even completed or started.. then waited another 20 minutes.. Nothing against the workers just unorganized with managing their to go orders and disappointing that I received a notification my order was ready and it wasn’t even started
