I could not recommend this place enough. The location is amazing. So many walking distance places you can go. The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They are very pet friendly. When we checked in, they gave us a welcome bag for our dog with treats. They also have a designated space in the back of the hotel for your dog. This is the only hotel we will be staying next time we come to Wilmington.
Digitally checked in went on smoothly. As we walked in the Suite it was well appointed and clean. Room was minimally decorated but had necessary amenities one could offer. Staff was friendly and courteous! I also felt like the hotel was inviting and slightly above, if not at, par in comparison to a competition (my fav) hotel just a couple blocks away...One thing they should pay attention to is stocking a dish soap if avail utensils and dishes. Edna was amazing!!! I was unable to stay at my company suite due to me, having to bring my dog at the last minute. I called Homewood suites by Hilton in Wilmington. Edna picked up, was super sweet told me no worries. She had the perfect room for me and my family and my dog.
