Myself and 4 other cars of people tried to enter the lobby at 12:44pm today (Thursday) all lobby doors are locked. She only way you could order food was to go through the drive-through, after 15 minutes of waiting in line in about seven other cars behind me we got our food. 13 minutes with employees saying someone will take my order as they walked around and joke with the large set bald white manager. Glad all three employees had time to go to the bathroom. This use to be the good Wendy’s. The only worst is there by New center commons. If ya want a Burger PT’s is right down the road from both locations. They’re cheaper and better! I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and won't have 5 star service and this Wendy's supports that claim. There's consistently a long line no matter what time I visit, and it's apparent the root cause is the place being extremely understaffed.
