Got 2 orders of boneless wings at lunchtime. Some pieces were very small. The fries were very brown, old and mushy although we had to wait for order. Inedible! Called and was put on hold. Waited for 3 minutes and hung up.

Saw it all over my social media thought I HAD to try. The cashier was insanely rude. Mind you I have worked at a wing shop before and multiple restaurants for years. The cashier was rude and rushed us to order. The kitchen was blaring explicit music, the drink machine had no ice and they had NO TRASH CAN INSIDE. They had an overly filled trash can outside with trash all over the breezeway. Disgusting. I got hot honey boneless wings and there was no hot honey. Just seasoning. Was disgusting. The voodoo fries however were OK. All of the staff seemed insanely unfriendly. I got home after eating, (we ate in at the restaurant) I threw it all up. I got food poisoning. Oh and not to mention it was $30 for a chicken sandwich, fries and wings. Ridiculous.

Tastes like wings you buy in the Walmart freezer section. My wings were the wrong flavor and not completely cooked. This is not a real wingstop anymore and hasn't been in a long time. Corporate needs to do something before someone gets really sick and sues.

Parmesan chicken didn't even have Parmesan on it Plain chicken The corn didn't even have the seasoning spice. It was plain corn wingstop went downhill in Wilmington NC

Two of us went 40 minutes out of our way to try wing stop for there famous wings and ranch, we walked in to it being disgusting a mess everywhere. We ended up ordering online because we didn’t want to wait and still had to wait 20 minutes after we were told it would be done. It was our fault for not checking but we didn’t get a whole side of Cajun fried corn we paid extra for and no blue cheese, the garlic Parmesan had little to no seasoning or taste. The service was horrible it looked like no one cared and food was thrown everywhere with no care. Overall a waste of time and money

I pre ordered 200 wings for a company party. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had given my entire order to someone else. They did rush and remake the order for me but I assume due to the rushing they forgot to include (veggie sticks and fries were a part of the order) sauces and they missed an item that was paid for that was not included in the order and the fries were luke warm and soggy and one of the bags was so greasy it almost came apart. While they corrected the 200 wing order and I do appreciate that, I will never use this location for large orders in the future. To allow someone to walk off with 200 wings plus sides and not get any proof of order is beyond me.
