I pre ordered 200 wings for a company party. When I arrived to pick up the order, they had given my entire order to someone else. They did rush and remake the order for me but I assume due to the rushing they forgot to include (veggie sticks and fries were a part of the order) sauces and they missed an item that was paid for that was not included in the order and the fries were luke warm and soggy and one of the bags was so greasy it almost came apart. They gave me the wrong food I thought they had it covered I left and I got lemon pepper and I cannot eat lemon pepper I couldn’t go back because it was already 11 I want my money back I had to waist the food this is

Was better last couple years. Steadily getting worse. Not sure what changed.. not busy today, food is worse, had to throw the fries in a deep fryer, no ranch. $70 for subpar wingstop is sad.
