Had a great time. From the moment Keith greeted us at the door to our waitress Jazzy who took care of every need. Stop in and let them take care of you! Food came out hot and delicious! Keith is doing a great job with this Chili’s!!
The food is very salty, the steak is mostly fat and cartilage, and the quantity is small compared to the picture. Only the burger was good and the staff were friendly in dealing with it.

Our server was nice, but the other employees (all men by the way) were making us extremely uncomfortable. They kept staring and laughing at our table, going as far as to call their coworkers over to look at us. I'm not sure what they thought was so interesting, but it was very odd. One of the servers asked if we wanted spoons with our cookie skillets, and when we said no, he scoffed at us and walked away. Then, he went around the corner, called his coworker over, and said something to him while gesturing towards us. The whole time we were there, we could feel them watching us. Additionally, the plates had water on them with visible chunks of food. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and we will not be returning.

The food was great. The service was good and the prices were not bad.
We sat for 10 minutes and I flagged down a server. The server stated she would tell “our” server what drinks we wanted. She never did. Finally our server showed up 5 minutes later, so that’s 15 minutes with no recognition. We were almost at the point of walking out. Food order was taken and it took forever. Food came, the server disappeared. The place had maybe 3 tables of folks. They weren’t busy. The food was average, as most are but we went in with that assumption. Boy, was it AVERAGE. I get it, there are shortages of help everywhere but there were plenty of staff there. Chili’s used to be the place to be. That’s loooong gone.

Ordered take out my husband’s birthday. It took forever for them to bring the food out to me. My steak was to have cooked medium rare and it was well done and tough. Plus it was to be topped with avacado and it wasn’t. Needless to say I was very very unhappy with the service and the meal.

Went today around 4. One other person there when we arrived. Waitress opened doors for us very nice as I have a child in a wheelchair. It was a birthday outing for him. The food which I brought most of home was top quality. Kudos to the chef.Negatives were trash on floor by trash can at entrance. Very strong kitchen smell. Delicious but a little overwhelming. I had to get my own straw napkins and silverware because it wasn't brought and no one came back out for an extended time. I'm used to people often reacting with coldness to my handicap son but this felt so detached. I felt like we were an afterthought. It's our tradition to celebrate his birthday and remission status by going to eat and giving the wait staff an enormous tip. A large denomination for every year of remission.I could see no reason to do so today. I did tip well( 22 percent) and was sorry to have missed the opportunity to reward exemplary treatment. Having mentioned my son's birthday multiple times it was curious that it didnt even elicit a Happy birthday towards my son. How much courtesy would that take? To be honest we've gotten better treatment at Burger King.Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of difficult

very few patrons in the restaurant; we waited for a hostess who said come on pointed to a table in the bar area and said you can sit there and kept on walking. We did take time to look at the menu and no one bothered to even take a drink order. will not go
