When my delivery driver got to the restaurant to pick up my order, the worker at the drive thru would only reply with “were not taking any more orders” even though my order was placed by 11:50pm and google said the drive thru closed at 1am. The delivery driver also stated seeing several other cars in the drive thru line but none of them received any food either.Maybe google doesn’t have the accurate store hours for the store but if not, then this isn’t really cool.

Every time I come here the workers are rude and always seem in a rush. They never use their manners, and they always seem to have an attitude I would be mad to if I worked here at minimum wage job ? These are grown adults who act like they have no sense. This place would have 4 starts if it wasn’t for the stuck up workers. Food is okay.
Let me tell you.. I will NOT spend my money where the employees are rude. I was at the drive thru and I see multiple cars moving on the other drive thru line. I politely said hello twice thinking the speaker may be out of order. Next thing I know I hear “ORDER WHEN READY!” Very snappy tone. I drove right off because what you won’t do is speak however you choose to and think I’m still supporting your organization.

Went in at 10:35am on Tuesday 11-28-23. Placed my small order and had to ask if it was almost ready after 15 minutes. Finally received my food after 22 minutes and drink not given to me. After asking 2 different people for the drink, the second lady brought the drink to the counter. This MCDonalds is horrible when it comes to customer service. They weren't busy and sounded like they were having a party.

Everytime I go order is always missing always. Now I definitely ask for receipts. But the best part when you do go to call you get im sorry the person has a voicemail that has not been set up. So I'm going to keep my receipts let the amount total past $500 so then it's stealing and with it being past that a felony. Nobody ever gets back with me , so customers obviously doesn't matter but the theft of money is ok.
