This Subway is awful, they are constantly closed during normal business hours. There have been several times where I made the mistake of driving 20 minutes out to this location under the good faith assumption that they would be open during the posted business hours. Apparently they enjoy wasting people’s gas money and time. When they are open the customer service is slow and the employees are rude and the managers do not care. They have a complete and utter disregard for their customers, I will never come back here.

Never open when you want it. They close at 9:30 but got blank stares from the two employees behind the counter trying to enter (doors are locked) and it’s not even 8pm yet. This has happened a handful of times, I think I’ve only been able to eat here once.

Visited on 1/13/23. Was clean, quick. Young woman with blue hair(didn't ger her name) that helped me and my 7 year old daughter ran the entire line. Was fast, efficent, very friendly and professional. Subs where made perfect. Even gave my kid a little plastic cup of pickles. She likes those separate. Most locations look at me sideways about that. My daughter said "daddy she's so nice" that says alot. Yall have a very solid employee

Ordered on app. Told to pick up at 6:15. I got there at 6:07. Hours said they were open until 9, but was told they were closed at 6:07. Employees would not open door. Was told by employee they didn’t get my order even though I had order number in hand. Very rude and they had bag in hand when they left.

Did online order for the monster sub. Got to the shop a little early so they weren't finished with our order. That's fine. Got the subs and they where both wrong. Everyone makes a mistake they where happy to remake them for us and offered us free cookies (we declined) 15 minuets later we got our subs. Completely wrong again. No bacon. After the cashier argued with me she took the receipt to the manager I guess and realized it was done wrong. We sit down waiting for the issue to be fixed. The manager looks at us and says " do y'all want us to put the bacon on them or are y'all going to do it" the wife said no we would not like to make our sandwiches and we would like for them to be hot.... Like they are supposed to be. The cashier then said "well why don't you come stand up here and tell me how to make them" .... It's on the receipt. Asked for a refund then went to Jersey Mike's, our first time ever going there. Amazing subs for $2 more the amount of meats and topping makes subway look like a joke. Y'all's new sub line is going to fail horribly if people start to realize they can go to Jersey Mike's and get so much more for an extra dollar. Will not be going back to subway.

Who is the general manager of this location, a very nice young lady works here by the name of Olivia and I witnessed a manager not sure of her name. A heavy set black lady with dread updo, she verbally abused this yung lady to the point of her.crying hysterically

I understand if your oven is broken...but you guys NEVER get the chicken bacon ranch right.....you completely forgot the bacon and ranch this time... Our meatball sandwich looked like a wreck as well....wth is going on in this store?!?

Was told they didn’t want to help another customer with checking out while working on my sandwich because they didn’t want the “flys” to get to my sandwich. Was out of Turkey and yellow mustard.No one wore any masksPerson making sandwich was coughing loudly in the back before coming outSniffing while making sandwiches and just looked sickly.Sandwich bread was stale or over baked Italian herbs and cheese cheese was burnt and bread was hard as a rock.Children running around in the back while the person making sandwiches yelling at them to stop doing something.This is my second time here and first was nearly as bad.Will not be backDO NOT RECOMMEND

Its in a decent location for the Wilson lunch crowd which gives it some points, but the parking lot isnt very good. The service I received at this location was bad. Employees couldn't follow simple directions when told, which is their job, and I had to correct them several times as they almost screwed up my order on many occasions. And in the end when i wasn't paying attention to one of them messed up one of my sandwiches. Also with one sandwich left to get toppings and sauce the one free employee walked from behind the counter, sat down at a table and began to play on his phone as the other one wrapped my other sandwich. I am not very pleased by the service I received here. Also just to note they kept the tv very loud which made it very hard to hear what was going on.

Came in today, right from the start girl working there blew her breath, cause she had a customer, she was leaning on counter.Very bad attitude, very unprofessinal I will not return. Also was slinging the food on my sandwich and trash can! She acted like she didn't care.

Understaffed - took us 45 minutes to get our meal and there were only 8/10 people in front of us. They were out of everything: pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, wrap bread, tuna, and choco chip cookies. Sandwich maker wore mask not covering her nose and with her gloves on she kept touching her long hair (not pulled back) and glasses. And because the store is inside a minimart, combos apparently not available even though they appear on the menu - had to buy chips and drinks from the minimart. Avoid this stop!
