Worst Bojangles I have ever been. They never have chicken whether it is breast, thighs or drumsticks. Their employees clearly hate working there because they are not friendly at all.Not the best Bojangles in the area. Will be taking my business elsewhere

I'm honestly suprised this location hasn't been shut down yet! I love bojangles especially the ham biscuits but I'm not impressed with this location not the food not the Service and definitely not the cleanliness or time spent waiting for my jacked up order that wasn't even what I ordered! I wish I hadn't wasted my money here for so long continually hoping for what I'm buying to be right and not make me sick I was gonna head there in about 15 minutes when they open up but what's the point burger King is legit across the street and has better food that's actually there!

Went to pick up breakfast and thought that since it was early the food would be good and fresh. It was not the biscuits were so hard you could barely bite into them. I got the steak egg and cheese biscuit. The steak was hard it cut the roof of my mouth, the only soft part of the biscuit was the egg. My husband got the sausage and egg, the biscuit was very hard sausage cooked hard. Not sure if they are reheating food from the prior day but I was VERY disappointed will not be going back.

Everytime we go to this Bojangles, they are always out of food. Chicken, dirty rice, beans...doesn't matter what time of day wither. Today at lunch, I just started my order in drive thru, the first thing I ordered was dirty rice & I was immediately told there would be a 15 minute wait. They were not even busy yet! This happens every time. There is not another Bojangles that close to us, that's why I keep trying. I give up...

I tried to order food. I was told they didn't have any of the sides I wanted because it was Not ten thirty am. It was actually eleven a m. The guy at the drive through window argued with me about the time. Not only did he have crushed and cream around his lips, but he also had boogers in his eyes.. Y'all should really hire people who groom better than that. Took twenty minutes to get food when I got the food the fry's Cold. I didn't want the fries. But I had no other options. Because the register guy argued about the time.
Deplorable!! NEEDS PUSHING OFF WITH A BULL DOZIER, INCLUDING THE CREW...They only serve the DRIVE THROUGH..They to INSPECT the INTERIOR..Can't BELIEVE the COMPANY allows this!!

I ate a sausage egg and cheese biscuit Gave me food poisoning, I know because it was the only thing I ate that day. The staff was rude rushed me through my order and they was worried more about their conversation than cooking the food until it was done.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:30 …the drive thru is listed as closing at 10pm on the window and online. They said there was no one to take my order when there were at least 5 people working that I could see….one at the register, 3 in the back and the woman who opened the window. This location is a joke and rapidly going down hill. It needs better management as this is not the first time the drive thru was just not working during operating hours.

I go to Bojangles just about on a daily basis. The service Is pretty fast especially in the mornings. Weekends it takes a bit longer. The food is good (biscuits need to be cooked golden brown not white yuck)The reason I gave them 3 ? is they NEVER get my orders right(weekend crew). I don't understand it. I say #3 they give me something totally wrong. I say 3 Splenda they give me regular sugar, or that nasty stuff in the pink packets. I gave them 3 stars ? instead of 1 is because the people are friendly, and they keep the line moving quickly.
