Cava is one of the best things to happen to Winston Salem since COVID. The food is fresh, beautifully seasoned, and the price is more than fair. I have come here regularly here for yeeears! I love cava. I never have an issue with this location EVER! Everyone is such sweethearts and friendly and makes me want to come back each time. Bania is such a sweetheart as well and she made my bowl a 10/10

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and everything was labeled very clearly so that I didn’t have to worry about what I ate. I really appreciated the staff being patient with me as I discovered what I wanted to eat. I would definitely go back.
