This place used to be good but has changed ownership and has gone downhill. The General Tso chicken is all breading and sauce and almost no meat. Don't dare order anything fried for at least 30 minutes after they open because they don't turn the fryer on a second before they open and anything order fried will be disgustingly greasy. We use to live in NC and would come here once a week. Their rice noodles are great! Honestly, if they had a fancy looking brick and mortar they could charge 3 times the price because all of their food is so good. I am a very picky Chinese food person. We now live in SC and every time we visit NC we make sure to go here. The comments about tasteless or bad food could not be further from the truth. Copied from my other account that I am closing to consolidate all here. Basic down to earth restaurant probably best for take out. Not much ambiance and not overly wiped down. But food is up to par and good price / size, however lunch special doesn't include egg roll, probably dropped due to inflation. -- Garlic sauce or dish is exceptionally salty which is okay with me but may not be for others.
