I went in to get a bowl and while getting my bowl the girl who took my order said there was no black beans with an attitude, when my bowl got slid down I asked Diego If he could see if there was any black beans, it was just a preference and I couldn’t see chipotle being completely out of black beans. He took two seconds willingly and got me black beans without an attitude. I definitely appreciate his attitude and work ethic!
This place has gone so downhill. I placed an online order for three burrito bowls and waited 45 minutes past the time it said my order would be ready. When I finally get my order, two of the bowls had stuff missing and the other bowl was someone else’s. I’ll be going to the Hanes Mall location from now on.

Like many others I will not visit this establishment again. Having a Chipotle about 10 minutes closer seemed like a godsend but I would rather not eat Chipotle than visit this location again. I will GLADLY drive further to have a 10x better experience.
