I love this place. The Mexican Caesar is my favorite on the menu, and I always add grilled chicken, corn and black beans. The quality of ingredients is always great, they are so fresh. It's definitely worth trying out if you haven't!

The food per se wasn’t bad, it’s a salad so it’s difficult to mess it up, but being the first time coming here, I wasn’t sure of my choices so while I was trying to figure out what I wanted, the girl at the counter looked at me all the time very annoyed, as did the the guy who was mixing the salad: he asked me about the dressings and again, not being a regular I asked for the options and he just pointed the wall behind him and stared at him like he was bothered…

I had a previous issue with a gift card not working a few months ago and I went in today and they rectified the situation! I left a very happy customer and would highly recommend Chopt!!
I’m sad to be making this review because I really do love the salads. It’s hard to find a place where you can go for a salad. The problem I have is I’ve ordered here 3-4 times and each time something is forgotten. When I’m in a pinch with a hectic work schedule I like ordering a salad to go so I can take it with me when I work late. The last 3 times I’ve ordered an item is missed. I try not to eat meat so I usually add avocado and cheese to make sure I have enough protein and natural fat; however, these are the items that are usually forgotten. It’s frustrating because you pay more for these items as well. This last time I ordered for delivery and the drink I ordered was forgotten. It’s really unfortunate that I have to question whether I’ll receive my full order or not. This is leading me to consider not going here anymore.

Whoever the manager is here should be fired. Almost all of the employees I’ve dealt with here and every time I go have zero customer service skills, and often are rude. I can understand if it’s a single employee who needs some feedback, but for majority of the staff to act this way, it reflects poorly on management. You can go back on all the reviews, and majority of them mention how bad the customer service is, even from years back. Perhaps get some name tags so we can start reporting these people.

I have always ordered the same thing at Chopt - Kebab Cobb which is *delicious/chef's kiss* HOWEVER, my sister just put me onto the chicken Caesar wrap and my life will truly never be the same. It comes with kale and romaine but we did just romaine with chicken for extra protein and heavy dressing. The romaine is so easy to eat because it is chopped so finely and the croutons add the most perfect crunch! Have them add fresh cracked pepper to take it up a notch and voila! The service is good enough at this location. I found out there is a Chopt right by my house in Charlotte which ya'll know I'm about to tear up. Try the Caesar wrap, just romaine, add chicken, fresh cracked pepper, with heavy dressing and thank me later.
