I order my daughter a pizza from this particular location very often. She is a full time freshman at WSSU and of all the food options in town she particularly likes Dominos pizza. I placed an online order and realized i selected the wrong dipping sauce so i contacted the location i ordered from. A young lady by the name of Nary picked up and i explained that i placed an online order and would like to change my dipping sauce. She asked for the number associated with the order, confirmed my order to me and then placed me on hold for about 3 mins. She came back on the phone and stated she was unsure when i would get my dipping sauce because all of the drivers are out. Assuming i had already received my order i advised that it had not been delivered and that i was confused why the system is showing that my order had been delivered already when it was just placed. Upon asking the young lady if she is able to see my order she angrily states that I yelled at her and slams the phone hanging up on me. I was immediately Shocked and appalled at how triggered she was, i was confused how or why she felt i yelled at her and I was in disbelief with the disrespect and poor service i just received. I immediately called back and spoke with the store manager William and explained what happened. He spoke with Nary who apologized to him and stated she had a long day. So have I!! Under no circumstance is having a long day a sufficient excuse for disrespect and distasteful poor customer service. Nor would i ever be rude to someone preparing and handling my food. I work for DC federal government and my job is 90% customer service as well and I’ve been doing it for 14 years. Bad day or not, Nary clearly took her emotions out on me and needs coaching immediately. Irrational behavior, being rude & temperamental is a recipe for termination in most business. I will no longer be ordering from this location due to the low standards set for their employees and this uncalled for experience. Poor training. Poor service. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

This is solely based on our experience 12/23/23 around 3pm.We had just had an ungodly, terrible experience at Mellow Mushroom so we walked to Dominos and kind of joking about our experience to the young lady who was working the counter. She was so friendly and considerate about our story. We ordered a large pepperoni and cheese and told her we were walking to Footnote to grab a coffee. Got our coffee and walked back in, going to sit down and wait for a pizza to finish, she called my name and told me it was already ready. Man, that was quick. It was piping hot, gooey cheese and the perfect crisp to the pepperoni.I wish I would've gotten her name. So, if she ever sees this, thank you!

Takes forever and the food is cold and horrible. Also it seems 3 times now the order is wrong. There are many more pizza restaurants to order from that are much better.

The food is always great but today I walked in and both employees were prepping food with no gloves on, the kind gentleman that helped me with my order wiped his hands on his clothes handed me my food and then proceeded to go back to prepping food with no gloves and without washing his hands, it just makes you wonder what else is being touched with unwashed hands then back on the food.

Pizza was hot and very delicious. We received our order fast and the staff was friendly. I only wished I had time to take a picture of the pizzas, but they were dug into too fast. Will be going back again.

I called this location around an hour before they closed, because every other pizza shop was closed, and I was thrilled that they would let me come and pick it up, so I go to pick it up 10 mins later and their door is closed and there is a guy in there making pizzas that sees me and won’t let me in, so I try knocking on the door and they still won’t let me in even though they are open (but chairs are up and door is locked)I try calling them multiple times and no one answers until I try calling them when I’m already home and they finally answered and told me that I was supposed to go to a side door down the alley way.. which I was not told to do when I first made the order and I had no idea where this alley was, they told me it was apparently on a sign but I am a woman by myself downtown and all I saw was an open sign in a guy inside that ignored me. So basically I drove 10 minutes downtown and banged on their door for another five minutes just to drive home and them tell me I was supposed to go down an alleyway by myself to get my pizza (wich no one told me to do in the first place)

Worst location and customer service EVER!! Sent me the completely WRONG PIZZA AND BLAMED ME FOR IT!!! I REFUSE to ever order pizza here again and will TELL EVERYONE I know NOT TO ORDER ay this location!!!

I ordered online for a delivery order. Chicken and spinach pizza with marinara and an order of mild wings. What I got was chicken and spinach pizza with alfredo sauce and hot wings. I cannot eat alfredo sauce not to mention that is not what I ordered. Called the store and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Manager said they would send another pizza prepared correctly. Another hour and a half later still no pizza. Called back again and was told the driver was out for delivery, requested to just cancel the order. While on the phone with the manager the driver called and was at the wrong place of business. Not even in the area I was for the delivery I've been waiting for. I just requested that he take the pizza back to the store and asked the manager to refund me. I hope I get refunded without delay and I will not be ordering again. I didn't even complain about the trash tasting wings that were hot wings and should have been mild because I was so focused on the incorrect pizza. I will not be ordering again.

Made an order downtown Winston Salem area w a MANAGER named KATIE ( she refused to give me her last name and that’s ok cause Tuh still making my report and review ) and was told that they deliver in my area, well about 15-20 mins later after collecting payment, and me making sure they deliver to the area was called back ( BY KATIE ) and told that they DONT actually deliver in my area and that I had to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, bc I did not have a ride to get the pizza. . . Not to add that that was all the money on my card that I had bc my dad cash app me the money for my kids and I but yk it’s whatever I was still blessed by a family friend. Thanks Katie !
