I come to Winston Salem every month, and I make sure to stop here every morning that Im here. Coffee is superb. Barista is very friendly and makes lattes just how I like them. I havent been to any other coffee place in the city, but I havent had any reason to given how good the coffee is at this location.
Footnote is a great place for a beer or coffee. Just a few steps down from the brewery and a cold or hot beverage awaits. The nighttime bartenders (Chris or Stephanie) will remember you. And you can even get food as long as no large events are happening. If you enjoy reading they are connected to a bookstore where they will allow you to browse and sip your beverage.

What a fun place! You can relax, work, or meet up with friends to enjoy some coffee or cocktails depending on the time of day. Very large indoor area with plenty of space, and a large outdoor area as well. No need to worry about finding room in here.
