mc d always sucks anymore to varying degrees. rising prices, smaller portions,incomplete content ie: foods ordered, sauces straws napkins no doubt aimed at cost reduction. then theres the general sullen and often condescending attitudes of workers. i tend to avoid mc d.

March is my favorite time to visit McDonald’s because of their shamrock shake. When I was discontent with the outcome of the shake, Amari and Justin went out of their way and insured that I left satisfied. They were most pleasant, and did not at all make me feel as though I were unreasonable, but validated my request & promptly fulfilled it.I hope McDonald’s recognize their employees for customer satisfaction, ever since Covid the food industry has gone downhill service wise, so I would be remiss to not recognize a pleasant experience these days!

Had to go through 5 to 4 times it’s still the negative order correct got double charged told him this they didn’t care. Also had a woman coming in my life because I quote” cut in front of her which I was told to do to pick up the order that was still messed up took 45 minutes and still did not get the food, right?

Woman was rude for no reason and snapped at me because I wasn't being "specific" enough and wouldn't let me talk to tell her what I wanted. Madea is a better service worker than this woman.
