What the heck happened? Before the remodel the food was great and the customer service was awesome! Now….. the restaurant customer service is cold and unfriendly just like the atmosphere. My wife tried to use the app for $10 reward off and was told she opened the app too soon to use it, even though she opened the app right at checkout. Then the worker told her it was because she could only use it once in a day. It was 11 AM and the restaurant had just opened. Needless to say, my wife said never mind, and this will be the last time that we visit that location. We used to love Moe’s, what happened!? 3 out of the 4 employees looked miserable and weren’t friendly at all. We will just drive the extra 20 minutes to Clemmons to eat Moe’s from here on out. Really, really disappointed.

Got the “manager says water machine is down”. We know what that really means, unless you’re telling me there’s no running water and the restaurant is unsanitary.

Ordered a meal that took forever to get, tried to eat and was disgusting, tried to speak to assistant manager, told me they dont give refunds and sorry about food. Basically low grade dog food, eat at chipolte , 100 times better and better service.

What a sad excuse for a Moe’s. The staff was unfriendly and even made fun of my sisters order by saying “damn that’s a $20 burrito.” Along with that the quality of the food was subpar and the Queso scoops were tiny and sad which is what made the burrito more expensive. Will not be returning.

Food was not fresh. Saw everything coming out of a bag and the beans were not black, they were gray and just sitting out. Wasn't clean, the drink machine didn't work and the Pico was old looking as well as the lettuce and all other ingredients.

I love Moe's but this location is just not kept clean enough. I've been 3 or 4 times and always the same, floors and tables are not clean. I'm disappointed because I would go here all the time if it was cleaner.

Placed an order online went to go pick it up and stood there after I got a message saying my order was ready for 45 minutes. I asked for a refund. They told me I was not in the system had to prove it by showing I did order. Management never came out and apologized. Worst customer service and lack of concern from Management. The cashier was concerned by telling them she has been waiting a long time.
