**UPDATE:We had finally got in contact with someone and we explained that we are due any day now with a baby so we don’t know when we are able to make it in at this point and wish to just receive a refund instead of gift card. They were quick and kind to respond, and shortly after we ended up receiving a gift card in the mail anyway. We just left it at that and hope to make it in for a visit in the future. Then, we received an email apologizing for this miscommunication and poor experience and were finally given a refund. We appreciate them making it right in the end, just took 2 months to work it all out!*original review-We had booked a reservation and then someone in our group came down with Covid so we had to cancel, and due to their cancellation policies we were only allowed to receive a gift card to use at another date. That process alone was very confusing. We could not get anyone to answer the phone or reply to emails for a while. Once we finally were able to get in contact with someone they told us we would receive the gift card in the mail. It has now been almost a month and a half now and we have yet to receive any kind of refund or gift card, despite following up via email a couple times and trying to get someone on the phone. This is very unprofessional and has left a bad impression of the establishment before we’ve even been able to step foot in the door.

This place is fun! For families and adults. Very kid friendly and safe! We need this in Mooresville. It would be packed. Lots of game choices. Took some photos too! 4 floors to choose from. Loved it. They have an elevator too. So handicap friendly. Love the beer wall. Don’t need to wait to be served. Serve yourself. Food choices are ok. Prices are reasonable. My son played for hours on the game consoles. Couldn’t even get him to join us on other games on other floors. Definitely will be back.Kid-friendliness: Kids have fun here. Lots for them to do

The place is beautiful and the concept is great but it was nearly impossible to find an employee to help you on any floor. This was a Friday early evening.

Over half of the beer wall kegs were empty. There was mostly only IPA’s and their mixed drinks are pricey for the amount you get. The golf simulator is hit or miss but it’s still fun and the bowling was great!

Kinda reminds me of Dave and busters but with better bars. This place is good for parents with kids looking for a date night. I went on a Friday night. Wasn’t very busy. The rooftop hang out is pretty awesome.

First of all the concept is good for it to be a mall of entertainment. The putt putt, arcade, lan gaming, food and atmosphere is overall good for one stop fun. This is where it goes south, everything costs way too much to begin with and you will stress more about the cost versus how much fun. Only 7 holes of mini golf is 10 dollars per person. They have two courses you pay for separately so 14 holes cost 20 per person total. Times that by 4 people in our party 80 bucks for around 40 mins or so plus tip. It was fun except some of the holes miscalculated the points even when done right in the 5000 point blue hole and only got 2500?. Second The arcade is credits and costs a minimum of 5 dollars for 20 credits, although this is Saturday peak time. There may be deals on non peak days for credits. The pizza in the food court has a rating of 93 as you can see in one of my pictures. We spent 100 dollars plus parking fee for about 1 hour of fun. It's great if you have the money to spend, we like ours too much to pay this again. Nothing really bad or awful just was too expensive and I was afraid to try the pizza because of the food rating.

Best way I can describe this place is good potential and terrible execution. A lot of good ideas but it just falls short on everything. I would love to see a thriving food hall right here in Winston, but everytime I’ve been here I’ve been disappointed.

Not ready for prime time unfortunately. Management seemed completely removed from running this establishment. In fact it was difficult to find anyone actually working there. After we wandered around floor by floor we finally got some help, but they had to keep calling “management” on their cell phone to get very basic questions answered - like how to set us up and use the beer taps and how to set us up to bowl. They also overcharged us twice as the wine tap was empty but charged us $32 for 16 ounces of “air”.

This place can’t make it, if it does I’d be very surprised! Sad because someone invested so much in to this place. You have to go through TSA level security while coming in and only to get no level of service. There is one check in computer which we waited for about 20 minutes or so to get the “fob” so we can order and get beer and never got through. Nothing made sense about how this place works and it also just felt unclean and dingy! We walked out and left! Wanted to try it after seeing the billboard. Doesn’t seem to be what is advertised at all.

I used to love this place, but since they’ve closed the food court, it’s going downhill. I’m here tonight and it took over an hour to get our food and it was still wrong. Security was passing out food in an attempt to help. There were coats and bags sitting on the counter behind the register which is totally unsanitary. When we talked to the Director, Joseph Correll, his response was “send me an email”. Totally unacceptable, irresponsible and classless.
