I think it is the manager who I see most times I come, and he is always going above and beyond! He checks on each table, gets you refills and anything else you may need, I’ve seen him open the door for customers as they’re leaving. Great customer service and he makes you feel very welcome!
We love coming to Showmars! I used to go back in the 90’s in Charlotte, so glad we got one here in Winston Salem, Keith is an awesome manager with attention to detail, the owners are lucky to have him!

It never fails that my take-out order during peak times is missing something. Either a condiment, tartar sauce or hush puppies. Not worth making another trip to rectify the overnight. Flounder has also been greasey lately. Decided to avoid peak hours!
