Charras Bismarck offers delicious food and excellent service with quick delivery. The combo plate and queso with chips are highly recommended. The shredded beef chimichanga and fresh guacamole are outstanding, better than anywhere in Arizona. Many guests consider the food to be authentic and quite tasty. The atmosphere is great, though some feel the music volume could be a bit lower for better conversations. The servers are excellent, with many noting amazing service. The free chips and salsa are fantastic. With food out in 10-15 minutes, it’s perfect for a quick lunch in Bismarck/Mandan. Burritos and fajitas are also highly recommended by customers, making it one of the best Mexican restaurants for those who love this cuisine. Several guests have praised the authentic flavors and flavorful entrees, including the fajitas which are considered some of the best they've ever had. The homemade hot sauce adds a special touch, elevating the dishes even more. Despite being a three-hour drive away, visitors are eager to return for the great food and service.
