this place is kind of bland. the food taste like cardboard. the staff are kind of frumpy and flat with a bad attitude. overall just sort of underwhelming. however there is one ray of hope for this establishment. they have the nicest bathrooms. i needed a toilet and fast as i had found myself in a bit of a situation with urgent and splatty movement. after i had thoroughly blasted the bowl and started to wash myself i looked around and noticed how clean and shiny the bathroom i had just violated was. it was emaculate. perfect in every way. i found myself becoming aroused by how clean this room was. i took a peek at my watch and seen that i had some free time so i couldnt help but play a little bit of pocket pool. ya know a bit of checking myself for ticks if you know what i mean. it was a very memorable experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. my only regret was the unfortunate state i left that bathroom and often think about the poor soul left to clean up what i had done. but i would still come back and pull one out knuckles up in a heartbeat if i were ever in the area again. 10 out of 10 would c*m again ;)

I love Power Plate Meals!!The food is alway amazing, and it’s very easy and convenient to get meals. They have in-store shopping, in-store pick up, online shopping, delivery and meal subscriptions.There’s always something different to chose from, as their menu changes every 2 weeks, and I never get bored with the food options.I really enjoy that they put the nutrition info and ingredients directly on the container, as well as the calories & macros, and I enjoy that the lid is see through and you’re able to see exactly what you’re getting!Vegetarian options: There’s a vegetarian option (plant based) on their menu every week!Kid-friendliness: A lot of meal options available that kids would enjoy like Mac & Cheese, French toast, and burrito bowls. Kid friendly snacks & drinks available too!Parking: Large parking lot, store front parking and ramps.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking in front of the store.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan & vegetarian options. They also do lower sodium & lower carb options as well.

I love stopping into Power Plate Meals and being able to grab a healthy and quick option for lunch! There is such a wide variety of meals to choose from and there is also the convenience of being able to warm it up right there and either eat there or take it to go!!

I've been eating at Power Plate Meals for the last two years and I love that there's always something new for me to try, and something for me to enjoy! I've successfully managed to lose 80 pounds in the last 2 years, and while I can manage the exercise part easily, I was awful with my meals. I found Power Plate Meals, and it's been so helpful with the meal prep part of my journey; truly it has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders. I enjoy the wide variety of meals they offer and the rotating menus, because like many others, I can't have the same thing day after day and it's nice to switch it up! It's so refreshing to be able to grab a meal and know that it's going to taste great, keep me full and satisfied, and to know that I don't have to spend hours figuring out what I can/can't have, because they put the calories and macros right on the meal for you. Thank you for making such a great place!

I am officially done with Power Plate. I found a bone in the meatloaf and the chicken is tough and has gristle in it. They’re definitely not getting their meat from a quality source. Too bad. The concept is good.

Most meals have too meany carbs for the healthy label for me. The meats were dry and not very creative. Also very annoying sell on some reward program. Not much difference between these meals and frozen meals from a grocery store.
