“Signed up for wait-list and said 10-20 minutes wait. Fine. Sat outside 10 minutes or so and got a text to come in. Stood inside for 16 minutes before asking hostess how much longer the wait would be. She said, "When a table is ready." Asked how long she thought it would be. She said, "Ummm as soon as one is ready." Debated staying, ultimately told her we were going to Longhorn. Her response was, "Ok. Bye." Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.”

“Seems like prices have gone up everywhere, but I still love this food. There is a sweet spot usually fresh is best but if it sits just a little bit for the perfect amount of time it really hits the spot, if you go right at close stuff might not be as fresh or if they just bring it from back in the kitchen veggies might not be as soft. I like the cajun seasoning mix they have on the counter, could maybe use some mustard packets didn't see them last time but personally I think it's fresher tasting than Lee Ann Chin's which almost seems like Leeans puts a bit of sugar in the rice or something which i'm not a fan of.
I think the lousiana chiken is bomb when it's crispy and fresh but things like mushrooms or veggies are even better after they have been sitting for a while in the juice”

“Celiac here - diagnosed about 12 years ago. I’ve tried many gf breads and other food items. I bought a sandwich for the road trip back to the Twin Cities. I almost cried while eating it - it wasn’t the usual crumbly, dry bun I’ve come to expect. I am looking forward to the many products I purchased - flour, dinner roll mix, pizza crust mix, etc.”

Both were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and beers offered on tap. We sampled a few items from the tap and found some new favorites! The bartender made me a pickle martini after I expressed how much I loved pickles! Food was great, drinks were delicious and the service was excellent! It’s so refreshing to meet people who love what they do! We will be back our next trip to Fargo for sure!”

“Real good dive, the stumplifter is a great cocktail. Like the daily specials and all the little things they have that tie the bow in this place. Mug nite is a good touch too. Good unassuming place with a super friendly staff. My one compliant is everytime I've gone through the offsale is that there's always the strangest people inside or around the area. That being said, it's not at the fault if Chub's, it's a weird part of town after all. Anyway they were playing Casino on TV and I saw Tua get his 3rd or 4th concussion here so I whole-heartedly recommend Chub's!
