Beyond the food, the people are what make this place unforgettable. The customer service is always amazing and you’re treated like family from the moment you walk up. There’s such a strong, welcoming community surrounding the food truck, and it really shows in every interaction. Even during busy rushes, the wait time is as quick and fair as it can possibly be, and they always keep you in the loop about when your order will be ready. That kind of communication goes a long way. And while the mac and cheese will forever have my heart, the chicken kebabs are absolutely unreal. I’d honestly do just about anything for them. Stood inside for 16 minutes before asking hostess how much longer the wait would be. She said, "When a table is ready." Asked how long she thought it would be. She said, "Ummm as soon as one is ready." Debated staying, ultimately told her we were going to Longhorn. Her response was, "Ok. Bye." Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.”

Every single staff member was swamped as there were at least 100 people in there for pool league as well as our parties. NOT one of them complained and they were all busting butt to make our night so perfect! At the end of the night they comped the party room to honor Connor and our beloved soldiers. That kind of generosity and moral good is still out there folks! We will NEVER use anyone else for our parties and we are now going to make a point of frequent visits to our favorite place in Fargo! Thanks again to you all for coming out and thank you even bigger to the best staff of anywhere in Fargo!”

“Stopped at subway today on main ave today right off the interstate. The girl who made our sandwiches I believe her name is April did an amazing job. She had been working at the subway on Sheyenne where I normally go. She is always so polite, greets you with a smile and is friendly. She just has a great attitude all around. It’s nice to see someone who is working hard and enjoying what they do. She would be a great addition to any place. Even working alone she smiles greets each person everything looks clean and smells good. Even when she would have customers in line and drive through she had a smile and didn’t stop. I would have been overwhelmed. I hope they are paying this lady good and letting her know she is amazing.”

Sometimes when feeling like complaining put yourself in that servers place or think if that was your daughter or son how you would like them treated .. as far as complaints about a specific blond server .. she is one of the most efficient there . There are people who just like to complain maybe hoping for a free meal .”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually come on the weekends and the kid at the window is awesome! Everyone is so kind. We went through the drive thru and it was long but moved so fast. While we were waiting they offered us samples of drinks to try and they were delicious. I recommend the shaken coconut caramel espresso shaker. Best place in town for sure.”

“This is some of the best chicken you can get in the Fargo area. I loved how the menu was simple but you got to choose from a variety of different spice options that they put on the chicken! They do the normal chicken tenders as well as chicken sandwiches. The service was slow but it was also 9:45 pm.”

We were celebrating our anniversary and many people wished us a happy anniversary and we received a free dessert as their gift. My husband and I felt so relaxed as we never had to ask for a refill or anything! They were very attentive! Thank you for an amazing meal!! We had the burrata appetizer, tri-tip steak, steak Diane, the soup special that was a curry soup, flourless chocolate cake, and the lemon lavender crème brûlée.”
