I have been here a handful of times and never expected a 5 star experience but tonight was absolutely ridiculous.
My food was undercooked and cold, manager came over and went on a long rant abut new employees and implementing standards, etc.
Your server took it a little too personal (like she cooked the food herself) and was very rude to me after I said something. I guess there goes her tip 🤷♀️ $24 for something my dog probably wouldn’t even eat. How sad
Very fun place, first time experiencing Mongolian grill.
Able to get my food as I want and also it was dead so went through line quickly and also sat right away
