Waited for 15 minutes and never recieved my food. Got frustrated and left even after paying for it. Weren’t even busy!Ridiculous! This was at the drive thru.

My child and I were one of 2 pairs of people in the restaurant. Our order was placed via kiosk (as no employees were even at the front near the registers) at 3:16 pm. 3:38pm i decided to go seek an employee. ANY employee. All employees sounded happy, which I would expect of those who are not actually doing any work. I inquired about our order (10pc nuggets, large fry, Oreo McFlurry, Shamrock Shake, and a cheeseburger). The employee appeared utterly confused as to the concept that an order had been placed. 3:43pm the bag was finally given to us. Excuse given for the extreme delay? “We had to make the fries.” I could make frozen fries in my home oven in less time than that. Everything online says the standard is 3min 30 seconds. Never going back again. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Got there 30 mins before closing time and waited 20 minutes. When I got to the order screen, no one would take our order and when we called them we found out they are closed.

Took other orders while I sat waiting at the speaker in the drive through line. Then pulled me forward making me wait 10 min for an orange juice giving 3 other vehicles behind me food first.

Ironically the ice cream machine was broken but not told to me till after I was through the line. According to the employee the ice cream looked “disgusting” ?
