Ordered food on the app. Waited about 20 minutes in drive thru just for them to say i cant get my food and it was too late. So now i paid for food I’ll never get. The manager was nice but there was a employee who was very rude and threw the wrong receipt at as as well
In the drivethru, both lanes open but kept taking orders from one lane only. After half an hour, when asked, "Why were you guys not taking orders from this lane when you have kept it open?" The answer was "we were busy and it's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS". I understand restaurants can get busy, and sometimes mismanagement can happen in dealing with drivethru lines, but a response containing the words "ITS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS" is never the right answer.
