I’ve stayed at the Jasper Hotel twice in the past month. I love the hotel!
I’ve dined here eight times. Four times each stay. I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review. Poor service, forgotten items, slow service. I would love to give the restaurant a positive review and this review is not based on one dining experience.
I would love to see the service of the restaurant mirror the great service of the hotel, it unfortunately does not.
Appetizer took forever to get to the table because they overcooked it. When the entrees came out, the food was cold. When I mentioned this, they took it back and brought out the exact same plate 10 minutes later with a slightly warm steak on it (sides were still ice cold). Would not recommend.
Our bartender Jacie was seriously the sweetest ever!! She was SO accommodating & went out of her way to make us special drinks with an extra personal touch. She was so attentive & checked up on us & was able to assess our needs before we even knew we had them. Will definitely be going back & asking for her every time! 🤍
