I've been a long time fan of Tea and Crepe since they opened. I can say confidently that they have remained astonishingly consistent and my favorite place to recommend in Fargo. My favorites are the TC signature crepe, match crepe, Thai milk tea (with tapioca pearls), and the tempura shrimp onigiri.
Honestly I need to know where they get these rice balls, idc what anyone says they never miss. Get me some of that sauce and those rice balls I'll do whatever you want. Very epic, plus the taro milk tea smacks.
