I messaged Maartje explaining what happened, and wasn’t expecting a replacement just wanted to let her know. They just so happened to be driving by my place and dropped off 2 replacement pints of the flavor I’d ordered. Top Tier customer service!“
“This place was amazing! They had options to try 8 small scoops of cookie dough (all their flavors) so I did that. You could also get a large scoop of cookie dough or a large scoop of ice cream, or get a scoop of each. Lots of tasty choices!“
“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“
“This place is always super packed. The people working there seem exhausted, but they are always super friendly. Drive thru is crazy here though. Every time I visit, the lines are super long!The burger I had wasn't as good as I remember. But like I said this place is always slammed. Would like to go there when it isn't as busy.“

“I brought my wife to eat here a few days ago. The first thing that deserves to be mentioned here is that the food was absolutely incredible! Every single bit of it. The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. Food was quick for the volume of people ordering food, and service was extremely friendly and welcoming.Everyone was gloved in blue. I don't have issue with the gloves, but that no one, the whole time I was there, changed them between tasks. Before I ordered, a girl came out from behind the counter and gave another girl a huge hug, then went back behind the counter to take her order (before taking ours....) then another girl came up, and I assume offered to pay for the girl ordering and ran into the back to grab her cell phone, came back, and tried tapping her phone on the reader, grabbed the reader and tried again to get it, successfully this time, then she went to another til and asked how she could help us, and did help us, very nicely, but no one changed gloves. From touching money, to touching food, to wiping and clearing tables, to refilling the ice machine, but no one changed gloves.I thought it was strange, and pointless, but I can't wait to come back and eat again. Amazing staff, amazing food, and amazing service.“
“This is a specialty desert location. I bought a sandwich made from two chocolate chip cookies. The filling was butter cream but there was an option for an ice cream middle. There is limited seating and the pricing is more than standard cookies.“
