Well first off I walked into Dennys at 9:02pm stood there waiting to be seated, 5 min before this server with a out of control long chin hair and manager came out of kitchen. Just to tell me they took there last order at 9pm and they were closed. There hours for today were 7am to 10pm. When I asked about the hours the manager whom is usually very nice but gave sas about were to slow we have to close. Corporate expects us to. This is BS! But know I will be calling Corporate. I have been a fan of Dennys as long as I can remember, think I've changed my mind unfortunately.

Took 30min to get 10pancakes, burnt chocolate things, and a hair in the kids food(they replaced it asap) One bad experience won't make me stop going there. Every business has rough days.

To Matthew Q. Remember it is a FAMILY DINER. Quite is sometimes impossible in a fast pace, EVERYONE welcome kind of atmosphere! Overall great place to bring the family and chow on some good food.

Sunday evening, 6 pm and there are only two tables in the place. The two female staff working were playing a game of “I don’t see the people waiting to be seated.” Both made eye contact with us but ignored us. It would appear they were engaged in a war amongst each other to see who will deal with us first. After 10 minutes we left. I don’t want rude people like that handling my food. Stay away.

Disgusting! I bring clorox wipes with me for reasons like this, but I wiped the table off to find this.. The seat and menus were dirty and sticky as well. The silverware was exposed to everything as it wasn't properly wrapped and the OJ tasted bland.Our server was extremely grumpy too.We didn't even eat, we left and won't go back.Where is the health department?

Walked I door. Hostess brought us to a table then asked if we wanted a booth. We said sure she turned around looked at a few table and dropped our menu and said here you go or sit where ever you. The three tables slave looked at were still dirty with food. We stood hoping she was bringing back a rag. Manager took us to another table. Server took our order and stood talking to people in booth next to us 10 minutes before turning our order in. Food finally came and she gave us no silverware but manager again saved the day. Well food was alright but I'd still come again.

Purchased coupons from Kids to support elementary school and local business. The coupon said that buy-one-get-one free. Other associate honor the coupons without any problems but a lady whose name is Dianna. The coupon did not disclose anything or says what cannot be ordered. But this manager said he only can honor up to 10 dollars because we ordered T-Bone meal for breakfast. This is ridiculous because it did not say anything on the coupon. This has been the second time this manager tried to refuse to fully honor the coupon. The first time we tried to order using buy-one-get one free lunch. This lady said that we cannot order dinner. But their menu only has breakfast and dinner. So what should we order? This store is either cheating or racial discrimination. Very bad

Another of my favorites, the meals are huge, the food is excellent. We ate our lunch & supper here the majority of the time. Customer service excellent.

The food was adequate. The service was not. There were 4 small tables when we arrived, same when we left which makes this all the more unsatisfactory. I'm not sure who works in this kitchen, (maybe nobody) but an order consisting of toast, eggs, pancakes and bacon with hashbrowns should not take an hour. That is utterly ridiculous. Once the food arrived, the hashbrowns were cold.I hadn't been here in around 10 years because of the slow service, maybe I'll try again if they're still around in another 10. As it is, there's nothing here you can't get elsewhere or easily make yourself, so I'd recommend you do so. It'll probably be faster anyway, even if you need to buy the ingredients.
