I picked up lunch at Taco Bell with a friend today. First time since they remodeled. Employee behaviors were extremely loud, juvenile and unprofessional (though they were adults), as well as being unobservant to waiting customers. There were employees that were so unkempt that it looked like they hadn't showered in days. One of the unkempt employees was just chilling on the floor in plain view of the customers.
