I picked up lunch at Taco Bell with a friend today. First time since they remodeled. Employee behaviors were extremely loud, juvenile and unprofessional (though they were adults), as well as being unobservant to waiting customers. There were employees that were so unkempt that it looked like they hadn't showered in days. One of the unkempt employees was just chilling on the floor in plain view of the customers. Only Taco Bell in town, so expect it to be slammed at times. Cramped location makes it hard to form an adequate line in the drive-thru without blocking people. Service was pretty slow the night I went, seemed like they were a bit understaffed, but that's to be expected these days. Food is better prepared at other taco bells, but this one got the job done.

I understand that it was very busy and there was only 2 people working but come on, guys. You could do a better job. You served me in a timely fashion. But when I got my potatoes they were so old and stale. You couldn't even eat them. My tacos had no meat and I had basically flour. Tortilla. I paid $14 for my meal. .
