“We’ve been enjoying the beers, atmosphere, and service at Buffalo Commons for years. Can’t recommend them enough. The beer is delicious, the service is great. Sitting in the same room where the beer is brewed makes for a nice touch. Check them out when you are in town, or stop by if you are from Bismarck/Mandan. It’s worth it.“

“Love the food here! The smoked turkey is my favorite, the dijon aioli on it, yum! The brisket is fantastic! The sauce is just the right tang and spice. The Mac & cheese is dreamy creamy! I can’t believe have not done a review sooner because we have been her many times. They did a fantastic job in catering my daughter’s wedding in 2022. The beer is tasty I heard from my kids, I don’t drink beer. Our grandson was a super fan of the brownie dessert, it is huge.We love coming for the entertainment. Axe throwing looks fun but everyone would run if I attempted it.“
“Nearly five years ago, I was here in Bismarck to do some IT consulting for the State. I'm back now but just passing through. And I had to pop up here to Bismarck Brewing and drink a beer in memory of a friend who has since passed.Steve was the sales dude who signed the deal and got me three weeks of consulting in Bismarck. I won't hold it against him that it was February and March which is probably the worst time of the year to be in North Dakota. “What an amazing atmosphere. Wish I could stay longer in Bismarck. Visiting Bismarck on business but couldn't stay for a connecting flight. Customer Service was superb and delightful, not to mention the food, which was rich in flavor accompany with the service!Certainly is a heck of a place in the heart of Bismarck, ND. So dont miss it when visiting/staying in that area.“

“Super personable service and as promised I wanted to let the amazing person who helped us today know about the bud light seltzer pack know how it is... It's Amazing! The ginger snap one kind of tastes like a moscow mule and the peppermint pattie literally tastes like a peppermint pattie, not like rumplemintz like I expected. The cranberry tastes like a mild version of vodka cranberry. And my favorite, the apple crisp tastes like an apple pie. Overall, definitely worth the buy!“
