A small taste of Nashville style BBQ in North Dakota! Fantastic BBQ and great service! "A Little Bit of Everything" for 4 was the perfect meal to try a little bit of everything!
First off the chicken falls of the bone just like the ribs. The original and mustard bbq sauce is fantastic . The Mac and cheese were good but not great and the baked beans have hard red peppers and big beans .Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting some great bbq style food .
Just wanted say the food here is amazing! Met the chef….amazing talent!!

As a non-local, I was drawn to Bone’s BBQ Smokehouse & Grill by the buzz of recommendations. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.1. Jalapeño Poppers: A Spicy RevelationThe jalapeño poppers were nothing short of divine. Smoked to perfection with a burst of creamy, spicy goodness inside. They set the bar high for the rest of the meal.2. A Symphony of FlavorsI decided to sample a little bit of everything, and boy, was that a wise choice! The menu at Bone’s offers a tantalizing array of smoked sausages, ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and much more. Each bite was a flavor explosion—a harmonious blend of smokiness, tenderness, and love.3. Bone’s Amber Ale: A Liquid HugThe Bone’s Amber Ale deserves a standing ovation. It’s like a warm hug in a glass—a rich, malty brew that complements the barbecue perfectly. Whether you’re a beer aficionado or a casual sipper, this one’s a winner.4. Stellar ServiceKudos to my bartender, Jamie! His attentive service and conversation elevated the entire experience. And let’s not forget my chat with GM Christie—a delightful conversation that made me feel like a valued guest.5. The Verdict: UnforgettableIn summary, Bone’s BBQ Smokehouse & Grill is more than a restaurant; it’s an experience. The aroma of wood smoke, the friendly chatter, and the soul-satisfying food—it all adds up to one of the best meals I’ve ever had.? Attached are some mouthwatering snapshots from my visit. If you’re in Minot, don’t miss out on this culinary haven. Visit their website for more details. And remember, good food is meant to be shared—so spread the word on Google and Yelp!Bon appétit! ???Note: Reviews are subjective, and individual experiences may vary. 1st time here, we travel up from TX to visit my daughter & Son in law quite a bit since they got stationed here. Place is clean and staff was friendly. In my honest opinion we were not impressed with the BBQ. The brisket they served was the point and had way too much fat like it wasn’t trimmed properly, wasn’t given the choice for the flat. Brisket didn’t have much of a smoke flavor or much taste. The sausage & chicken was alright but again just didn’t quite have that bbq taste. The ribs had some decent flavor. Cornbread and Mac & cheese were alright as well. I guess for being this far north and bbq not being as big as it is down south it will do. Only advice I can give to the one smoking the brisket is trim a little more fat from the point on the fat cap side & usually the point makes great for some chopped brisket sandwiches. Wood of choice for brisket is usually Post Oak in Central TX.Parking: Plenty of parking spots available.

Food was mediocre at best, was the most expensive place I have ever ate for the amount of food. The tiny amount of brisket that was there was solid fat. I would have to say the best part of my meal was the broccoli. I was starving and everyone said such good things about bones BBQ if I could of gave it no stars I would have. After eating a little bit of everything I'm still starving. Our order came up to around $100, they also forgot the BBQ sauce.
Beat BBQ around, and the employees are always super friendly and helpful!
