Went through the drive through last night and got blizzards. They had hardly any toppings. I basically paid 12 bucks for vanilla ice cream. Done with this place. Isn't the first time they have done this. This used to be the best DQ in town. Not anymore.

Absolutely love Dairy Queen but this location never fails to disappoint. Unfortunately it's the closest to me. Stood first in line for close to 15 minutes. Never once acknowledged but was stared at a few times. Ended up going through drive thru where we were acknowledged immediately. Needs better delegation as ordering inside is the most consistently dreadful experience. Very understanding of places being short staffed but acknowledgment of a persons presence makes a world of difference.

Had some girls via the drive-through window literally scream into the microphone before asking what would I like, really? Second, our mini blizzards were completely MELTED by the time we got them. One also barely had any toppings. Overall, there are better/quicker places to get ice cream here in Minot. I'm highly disappointed, I haven't had any issues up until tonight. It was just overall un-professional.

Ordered a small cone at that drive thru. Told to pull around. After 10 minutes, finally had to walk in and get my own cone. Told by the 5 people standing around doing nothing, that I shouldn't be in there. Was told that these employees are only 15, give them a break. Maybe you should train your employees and not coddle them like infants.
not the best customer service, gave me a half melted blizzard that was spilling when given to me. dude didn't even give me a napkin or anything and spilled all over my car. had to ask for one even after he saw it spilling all over my hand and window. disappointed.

it was two teenage girls working and it was much better service than the new one on south hill they were busy but still made good time and the food was great

The worst service ever. We waited over 40 minutes for 3 burgers, 2 fries, 1 onion ring, and 1 lemonade. After 10 minutes around boy came out to our car with a sundae, after 10 more minutes a woman came out to tell us they were out of burgers but would get some out of the freezer so they would be freshwater 15 to 29 m9re minutes our food arrived. Upon inspection we were missing the lemonade and another of fries. We went back to the window and after several minutes a young boy opened up. He told us to pull up because they would have to "drop" more fries. After 10 more minutes a young girl brought a tiny little bag she was folding, supposedly with the fries. I asked her if this was a large order, she would not speak. She turned her back and walked away. At this point I was sure the food had been contaminated so I threw them out the window. I was writing all this down when a woman ordered me to leave the property of which I did without fries or lemonade. What a horrible experience9
